Before returning goods to us either because they are faulty or we sent the wrong item YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST  sales@dartsmegastore.com   and we will advise you if we need the item back, if you post them back to us without our consent we will not be liable for any postage costs you may incur.

Any items found to be faulty will, having been returned to us,  be replaced or refunded, please contact Darts Megastore as soon as possible with details of the fault and after we have requested the item back for inspection please return the product without delay.

We would expect that any faulty goods are returned to us within 10 days of purchase/receipt.

If items simply unwanted are not damaged or faulty, goods returned for a refund  must be received at our address within 10 days of purchase and must be in a new and unused condition which will include all the original manufacturers packaging intact/undamaged and be accompanied by the payment receipt. Please note we only refund unwanted goods , we do not exchange or swop them for other items.

When returning goods for whatever reason you must quote the order number and date of purchase in the covering letter sent with the goods

We strongly suggest that you make any returns to Darts Megastore by recorded/special delivery as we regret we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit to us.

Important we make a fixed £2 handling/restocking charge for each item that is returned to us for exchange or refund (and is not faulty). Any refund will be made to the credit card from which the goods were purchased.
